About: I love synchro with a passion that some may only describe as "excessive." But oh
well. I am completely committed to this team and I believe in everything that it stands for. I have been involved
with synchro since I was 10 years old and plan to be for the rest of my life. I am currently swimming on a Masters Synchro
team preparing for National competition in October 2008, AND going to school and woking on my degree in music education.
I believe in giving young synchro swimmers the chance to not only learn synchro as a sport, but to learn it as performance
art. And always remember...Synchro is Forever!

About: To me, synchro isn't just a sport, it's a way of life. I was a Cordette until I was
18 and am now proud to coach the team I once swam for. Now, I swim on a USSSI Masters team and will be soon competing
Nationally with my sister. I am also a student at Sac State studying music education in the hopes that I may someday
teach band in high school.

About: I have been swimming longer than I can remember. I swam competitive swim for several
teams growing up, and in several states. By far the best team I have ever swum with was the Cordova
Cordettes. Before that, I was swimming for the Blue Marlins and after practice I would watch the Cordettes. I
signed up for synchro the next summer and never looked back. My first coach was Amy, and my first figure was the ballet
leg. In my second season, I swam my first routine to Y.M.C.A., in bright teal suits (team color). I
made a lot of friends, and some life-long friends. I loved getting dressed up for competitions and the aqua show. I
was always proud to wear it out too, because I loved to tell people about my sport and my team. I was so fortunate
to swim with the best team in the league, whom possessed the most talent and passion. Now a days, I am coaching
the same team I loves so much and am committed to giving every swimmers the wonderful experience I had. I am also
swimming with a Sacramento Masters program. Last year we swam in the FINA World Masters and at Masters Nationals
in Portland, Oregon. I really enjoy everything about the synchro culture and look forward to swimming and
coaching the rest of my life. GO CORDETTES!
